About the Project

I created this visualization to make the information from the excel datasets released by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics more accessible to the general public. Important takeaways are that lower income households spend a disproportionate amount of their income on housing, transportation, and basic needs. This project was inspired by The Hamilton Project created by Brookings.
